-Treats and snacks may be given in the session on special occasions. No lunch or drinks are provided, you must provide your child with sufficient water.
-If your child is in a HIPHOP TOTs class, or needs help toileting, You must not leave the premises so you are available should your child need toileting or if your child is distressed.
PAYMENTS:
– Refunds are not applicable for After school clubs or Academy classes. Should a class have to be cancelled because of Covid, or any other reasons out of our hands, we will try to offer a replacement class where possible, or we will provide you with an online service.
-If online services are continued for a long period of time, you will still be charged the same, we endeavor to provide as best a service for your money, and invest as much time and effort in online classes as we do physical classes.
-If you are part of the Academy, you can cancel your direct debit at any point before the 25th of the month. You will beable to continue the classes for the last month you have paid for, but you will then lose your space. There is no guaruntee that you will get a space, should you want to rejoin, as spaces are limited.
